JH Robotics has 16 CNC Turning Centers to handle low to high volume production. Four of these lathes are equipped with our own line of JHR-Series Machine Tending Robots which utilize a FANUC Robot and pallet option for lights out operation.
Also in use are six of our bar changers which were designed and built in house.
Our lathes handle up to 2" through the spindle as well as chucking up to 4" in diameter.
We can manufactuer quantities from a few hundred to over 100,000 piece lot sizes.
Over the years we have fine tuned the process of turning 300 and 400 series stainless, as well as aluminum, 12L14, and various plastics.
